After researching various options to help address a significant gap in the insurance industry regarding "social sales conversion," I was directed to Richard from a previous keynote presentation. From the start, Richard was curious yet confident, thoughtful with the envisioned end result in mind. He invested the time to learn our space and research how the industry was applying their social skills. While so many conferences invest in "canned keynote presentations," Richard customized his presentation and delivered several takeaways for the attendees to implement. The maestro of LinkedIn do's and don't's, and an extraordinary wealth of information on how to develop your content and engagement on the platform. I was delighted to be introduced to him by my colleague Danny Del Vecchio, and I have not been disappointed once in his erudite advice. (Yes, I like big words!) I save all his posts, and recently bought his LinkedIn Simplified Content Toolkit and I am blown away by the depth of content to help entrepreneurs like me get it right. He is the one to 'follow' and engage with if you want to properly and profitably use LinkedIn. Thank you Richard.

We recently had Richard van der Blom deliver a virtual talk to 225 of our colleagues at Ramboll. We had high hopes going into the talk because we've been following Richard on LinkedIn over the past couple of years and we've watched his following grow and grow.
